Latest Project - M5 motorway Junction 10

For one of our more recent projects, our services were brought on board the £372m M5 motorway Junction 10 upgrade near Cheltenham to build two specialist bat mitigation houses. These buildings were needed to provide a safe place for 130 different colonies of bats to roost before the old houses were taken down and the new dual carriageway was built.

Working on a 12-week deadline, the Vincent & Son team finished both houses in just 10 weeks, meaning the bats had a new place to call home well ahead of schedule, all while working alongside large-scale civil engineering and environmental requirements. This job really showed what we are all about: delivering top-quality construction work, even on a tight schedule.
